Radish and Cilantro Salsa

We're keeping this week's recipe simple and especially useful for our CSA members since it uses a number of items in their shares.



1 bunch of cilantro (or less, to taste)

1 bunch of radishes, (save the greens for stir fry or braising) chopped into small bites 

4 green onions, white and pale-green parts only, thinly sliced

Finely chopped chiles or cayenne powder (optional, to taste)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Salt (to taste)



Chop cilantro and toss with radishes, onions, chile, lime juice, and oil in a medium bowl. Season radish salsa with salt and pepper.
