Chimichurri Sauce

This week full share folks in our CSA are getting a large bunch of flat leaf parsley and green onions. We thought these were perfect ingredients for a chimicurri sauce. This goes great with meats or grilled vegetables or as a bread dip. Here it is:

Ingredients

1 bunch of flat leaf parsley

1 bunch of green onions

2 cloves of garlic

Tablespoon red wine vinegar

Quarter cup vegetable oil

Red chili flakes and salt to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Finely chop parsley
  2. Mince onion and garlic
  3. Mix everything together
  4. Taste and adjust ingredients as desired
