Red Hawk Farm grows flavor driven, certified organic produce with intentionality. We got our start in 2014 growing for friends, community supported agriculture (CSA), farmers’ market, and chefs. These early supporters were champions of better tasting food, produced with strong convictions about our role in protecting the environment, our collective health, and the well being of those who work to make this all happen. We have kept this spirit at our core as we have expanded the business to have a greater impact on our community.

The foundation of our farm is our two acres of greenhouses that allow us to provide outstanding quality and consistency for long, extended seasons. Because we grow in rich soil within our greenhouses rather than hydroponically, all of our crops are certified organic and have what we believe to be superior culinary characteristics. We go further towards this goal by prioritizing research and development of varieties and production practices that result in some of the sweetest tomatoes and most unique lettuce mix on the market, just to highlight two categories. We are proud to routinely hear from buyers, chefs, and home cooks commenting on the noticeable difference in our product.
