We were fortunate back in our early years to work with chefs who spent precious extra time to prioritize local farms despite the many obstacles. We have come a long way since then, growing into an operation focused on larger wholesale accounts that demand standards of quality, consistency, and communication uncommon locally. It’s from this unique position of experience and preparation that we have decided to relaunch our approach to restaurants in 2023.
